Our cute little girl!

Now that Ella is mobile she is into everything, and if you tell her no she thinks you are funny and just starts smiling and does it again. But how can you get mad at such a cute little girl? Let's just say she has her mommy and daddy wrapped around her little finger. Let's hope she doesn't walk too soon then we are really in trouble!

Fun times!

I saw these on other peoples blogs and thought it would be fun to just see who we look like. So here is some fun for everyone. Don't you love that Zach looks like Patrick Swayze and Ellen! I thought it was pretty funny!

Father's Day

Zach had his first Father's day last Sunday. He was lucky to get a BBQ from his parents, my parents, Ella and me. He also got some new shoes for BMX racing. He is such an awesome dad and a great husband. Ella is so lucky to have a dad that loves her so much and is willing to do everything he can for her. We love you daddy!
Also want to tell my dad how much I love him and how great of a father he is. He is always helping us out with whatever we need. He is such a wonderful grandpa too. You would never know he was a grandpa with how much energy he has.
We would also like to tell Zach's dad Sheldon how much we love him also! He is so much fun and always makes us laugh. We wish that we could see him more and be closer to him. He is so good with Ella, and always has enough energy to play with her. Plus he is a great example to Zach. We love you Grandpa Sheldon.

Fun Weekend with the Randalls

Last weekend Grandma Keri, Grandpa Sheldon, and Aunt Chanlie were able to come up and play with Ella Bella! We did lots of fun stuff like swimming, ice skating, and going out to eat lots. Ella love its when they come and loves all of the attention she gets. Even Great Grandma and Great Grandpa Iverson stopped by to watch her swim and say hi. They couldn't believe how big she is getting, and how much she has changed. We had a lot of fun and can't wait to see them soon. I have the best in-laws and Ella is so lucky to be apart of their family. We love you guys and can't wait to see you again soon. We missed you Aunt Jadey!

My Trooper!!!

So it is official... last night we got some wonderful news. After almost 6 months of going through tests and interviews, Zach got offered a job as a State Trooper with the Utah Highway Patrol! His official hire date is July 3rd and will start academy on the 7th. He will go full time Monday through Friday either 8-5 or 7-4, and maybe some Saturdays. He will graduate in October then be placed in the field. They are going to pay him while he is at the academy and full benefits start the day he does. He is so excited and can't wait to start. I am also way excited for him, I know he will do such a good job and work really hard at it.

Also I am way excited that soon I will be able to spend a little more time home with Ella. I have been having such a hard time lately leaving my little Ella Bella that it is all happening at a perfect time. I have lots of pictures from Father's Day weekend that I will post in the next couple of days.

One more little note... I got a new calling on Tuesday. Since the beginning of the year Zach and I team teached the Marriage and Family Relations class. But on Tuesday they called us in and I am now the Primary Secretary in the Primary Presidency. I am way excited for this calling and can't wait to finally get to meet more people in the ward!

2 Years!!!

So this past weekend was our 2 year anniversary! I can't believe we have already two years behind us. We didn't have big plans since Zach has been testing with Highway Patrol, and we are also a little low on cash if you know what I mean. We went out to dinner at Biaggi's in the Gateway, (which is really good if you haven't been there and are looking for a nicer restuarant I recommend it) then we went and did some shopping , then went to Applebee's for dessert. It was nice since it was our first time out alone since we have had Ella. I know you are thinking we are crazy, but since Zach and I work a lot we feel like the weekend is the time we get to be with Ella the whole day. Plus I feel bad asking people to watch her when they have already watched her all week.

Anyways, just wanted to say what a great 2 years it has been and how much we have accomplished. We bought our first place and had our amazing little girl. I wouldn't change it for anything our life is wonderful. Plus my husband is so great and is the world to me and Ella. I just love him more and more everyday and realize everyday how perfect we are for each other. We do have our differences, but that makes us stronger. Thanks for a wonderful two years babe!

Silly Girl!

I haven't posted a lot of pictures lately so I am catching up. Here are some funny ones of her. The first one is her climbing up on the coffee table she is so big. The second one is her playing hide and seek behind her door. She loves it until she accidently shuts the door then she gets scared and cries, but she is right behind the door so it is hard to get it open and love her better! The third one she figured out how to stand between our mattress and footboard. She had so much fun and was laughing so hard when I caught her. The last one is of her and her best friend Mowglie. She just loves her doggy, and just recently started to give Mowglie loves and lay her head on her back. They seriously are the best of friends!

First Sickness :(

Ella got sick on Wednesday night with a fever, runny nose, and a barking cough. So I took her to the doctor the next day and found out she had Parainfluenza. I know I have never heard of it either, but it is basically a really bad cold that can eventually turn into croup. Luckily she didn't have it too bad so she was okay. My nephew has had croup so I know what it can do, it is really sad. As you can tell from the pictures she really didn't feel good. Poor Ellabella!

Crawling!!!

Ella is now crawling every where. She officially started crawling last Wednesday, and of course we were so excited. We grabbed the video camera and started taking pictures. She kind of has a funny crawl right now where she pushes with her left leg and kind of drags her right one, but she is getting better and better each day. She also has started to pull herself up on everything so now we have to remove all decorations in her reach especially the stuff on our coffee table she loves to grab it and pull it all off. She just goes everywhere and where ever we are she is right behind or right at my feet. In the mornings when we are getting ready it is a family event in the bathroom. It is Zach and I in there then Ella holding on to my legs, then Mowglie right next to Zach. Let's just say it can get a little squishy! Ha! Ha!

I will post a picture soon just thought I would put this post really quick!!

Just a quick update Ella can now crawl normal so she doesn't have her cute funny little crawl anymore!!!
