Happy Birthday Zach!

I know I am doing a lot of posts, but I wanted to tell Zach Happy 23rd Birthday! I am so lucky to have you as my husband, and Ella is so lucky to have such a wonderful dad! He is so great to me and Ella we are so lucky to have you in our lives! The other day he told Ella he can't wait until she is older and he can take her on daddy daughter dates! I know she will love it because she loves her daddy so much! Happy Birthday babe and we love you! Love your two girls!!!!

Weekend in St. George!

So this weekend we went down to visit Zach's family, and to get away from the cold weather! Zach got to go ride his bike on Saturday and do some dirt jumps. He is so good at it, and I love that he has a hobby! We were hoping to get a tan while we were down there, but it was too windy. We did enjoy hanging out with the family, and going to Zach's little sister Chanlie's Dance review! She did such a great job! Thank you so much for letting us come down, and we love and appreciate everything from you guys! Can't wait to see you soon!

OSCAR

So last thursday our cute little doggy Oscar snapped at Ella, he didn't bite her he just snapped. Which scared Ella, Zach, and me. We had to get rid of him because Ella is rolling all over and she is going to start crawling soon, and we just can't have him bite her or anything. He is a really great dog, he has always been scared of Ella until last week. He always gets really nervous around small kids and unfamiliar people. We knew there was a chance he would show aggression, but I guess we were really hoping it wouldn't happen. So we had to give him away, Zach's wonderful mom Keri found a home for him with an older couple in Cedar City. It sounds like it will actually be a better life for him. The lady was looking for a dog that was already trained that she could take on walks, play with, and just love. She is home all day so she can spend more time with him, and take him on walks. Let's be honest since we have had Ella, Oscar didn't get as much attention as he was used to. I was really sad about it, but knew we had to do it. I cried all weekend, and he could tell there was something going on by the way he was acting. He watched me pack up all his stuff and had the saddest eyes. It is weird to not have him around or just hanging out with us. We adopted him 2 years ago from the animal shelter. They had found him wandering the streets with matted fur, and super skinny. You could tell that he had been abused and neglected; I think that is why I was so sad because I wanted to make sure he wouldn't get in the same situation. Let's hope everything works out for him. I will miss him so much but know it is for the best!

My Great Friends!

I just wanted to do a post about my good friend Lexy. I am so thankful that she is so nice and thoughtful enough to help me out with Ella. She is so great to not only have her two kids, but take on Ella also. Thank you for being so nice and thoughtful about everything. She is really someone you would like as a friend always thinking about other people and trying to include everyone. Thank you Lexy for helping with Ella I don't know how I will ever repay you for everything.

I hope my other friends realize how much they mean to me also. Aania has been my best friend since I was five and has always been there for me. Even when we went through times where we weren't that close. We still considered each other best friends. Actually she is more of a sister then a friend. Thanks for always being there for me and helping me out. Amber if it wasn't for her I would have never met my sweetie Zach. If she didn't befriend me again I would have never met Zach or would have been friends again with a lot of you. Thanks Amber for being a great friend also. Okay I am sorry if this is all gushy I just thought I would tell my friends Thanks for everything and I love you all!

Ella Ann

Ella Ann just turned 6 months on March 11th, (I know I am late posting it.) I can't believe how big my little girl is getting I swear she was just born yesterday! She went to the doctor and got her shots which she hates, and always gives me the why are you letting them do this to me mommy look. It just makes you feel so bad for them. She now weighs 15 lbs. 14oz. and 26.4 in. she is 50 percentile for weight and 85 percentile for heigth. She is finally slowing down I think she used to be 95 percentile for heigth. She is starting to get really social and a lot of fun. She has figured out rolling and loves rolling everywhere. She also is doing really good and sitting up she still falls sometimes, she also can pull herself up when she is laying down, she loves saying bah, bah, bah, screaming especially during sacrament she tries to scream louder then the speaker, she loves her doggy even though he is still terrified of her. She is so much fun and playful. We just love her so much and she is really such a blessing in our lives! We can't wait for more adventures with her.

Misty and Kolton

So my sister Misty finally had her baby on March 18, 2008. They named him Kolton Paul Smith, he weighed 6 lbs. and 12 oz. and 19 in. long. I was so excited for her and Shaun and their cute little kids. It was so much fun watching my cute little Neice and Nephew McKaylee and Kayden stand by the door and listen to their new little brother start crying. Kayden is only two and kept telling everyone, "the baby is here." They also each picked out a name for their new little brother so McKaylee would tell everyone his name is Kolton Paul Pantry Door Ping Pong Table Smith. It made me excited for when Ella is bigger and we have another baby how excited she will be. That is not going to be for another 3 years so don't think i am saying anything. When Kolton came out he swallowed a bunch of amniotic fluid; they sucked it out, but did not get all of it out. So sadly it turned into Pneumonia, he had to have all these I.V.'s and oxygen because his oxygen in the blood wasn't good. On Easter Sunday she got to bring him home. I was so happy for her, it was really hard for her to get discharged from the hospital with out her little baby. He is finally home with I.V.'s and everything still intact. He is so cute he has a little old man face. I will post a picture of him. Congratulations Misty and Shaun! We love you Kolton Pantry Doory Ping Pong Table!
