Ella looking so cute...

Here are some cute pictures I got taken of Ella. I am proud to say that I made the TUTU for Ella. I saw the cute ones at the mall for like $30.00, and thought I could make that. So I did and it cost me a total of $5.00. I have to brag because I am not very crafty even though I try to be. Also if you notice we got Ella's ears pierced finally. I will post pictures and tell more about it on the next post.

It's been a while...

It has been a long time since my last post. This last month has been really stressful for me trying to figure work out and everything. I finally got it all figured out. Here is a what we have been up to lately.

I work 3 days a week and the rest of the time I am home with Ella. I love it so much. I just started this schedule last week; I am transferring to the Murray branch so I will be closer to home. I was so greatful that my friend Wayne (who is the manager of Murray) was willing to work with me, and get me a schedule that worked out perfect. I was scared I was going to have to quit and find some retail job that I would have to work nights, weekends, and holidays. But luckily I don't have to.

Zach has been busy with academy still. He has had some long days where he goes in at 6:45 in the morning and gets off close to 10:30 at night. It is really boring when he is not there at nights, but I know he is working hard so I can be with Ella more. He is loving the academy more and more everyday. They have whipped him into shape and he looks really good might I add. Ha! Ha! He has done great on every test so far and is looking forward to graduating and getting out in the field.

Ella, what can we say about Ella. She is such a character lately, she is really big into fake crying, and throwing little fits when she doesn't get her way. She is a big momma's girl still, and I think getting worse with time. She is also taking a few steps here and there. She is still trying to get some confidence to do it all the time. She also loves talking on the phone, remote, bottle, dog bone. Anything that she can hold to her ear and have pretend conversations she loves. She won't talk on the phone if there is really someone there, but she loves to have conversations all the time. She is also talking a lot, she now says mama, bah bah, dada, grandpa, dora, hello, no, ya, and a bunch of jibberish. She is getting to be so much fun everyday that passes. We love her more and more.

That is a little of what we have been up too. If you noticed I changed my background again, but I thought since Ella's birthday is next Thursday we will have a birthday background for the month. Can you believe she is almost one? It is crazy I swear she was just born. I will be posting a lot more stuff in the next week since it is her birthday, and I love birthdays!!!

Little Stinker!

The other day Zach and I were cleaning and I went into the kitchen to grab something and caught our little Ella cleaning out the cupboards. At first she didn't know we were there so we took pictures, then she saw us and started laughing. She is so funny! We finally put the clips on the cupboards so she can't get into the anymore, but while she could she was always cleaning them out. She is also standing a lot on her own and using furniture to walk around. I can't believe she is changing so much everyday. I can't wait until next month to celebrate her 1st birthday it will be fun, but also sad that it went by way too fast. We love you Ella Bella!

Hogle Zoo

We went to the Hogle Zoo on Saturday with my sister Alisa and her cute family and my mom. It was a lot of fun, I haven't been since elementary and it has changed a lot. I wasn't sure if Ella would really be into it, but she was she would try to climb over the fence and get to the animals. She really wanted to get those penguins. We went to the coolest bird show and Zach snapped the picture of the owl just as it was flying over our heads. Ella also got to experience her first carousel and train ride. She was a little unsure of the carousel at first, but then got excited and didn't want mommy to hold onto her. She is so funny! Thanks for going with us Alisa, James, Preston, Avery, Jackson, and mom it was a lot of fun!!

Cutting down...

So I think I am finally seeing an end insight of basically working full time. Lately I have been having a really hard time leaving Ella everyday to go to work. She has become such a momma's girl the last couple of weeks. I think she is getting bigger and knows that I leave all the time, so when I am home she just wants me to be with her. She cries if anyone else holds her, even with Zach she will cry and reach for me. If I go to the bathroom and shut the door she will crawl over to the door crying, and stick her fingers under the door so sad. The hardest part for me is when I leave to go to work she will sometimes cry and crawl after me. It just breaks my heart, and I just want to run inside pick her up and just love her. I always think of how lucky my friends and sisters are that get to stay home with their little ones. I know they probably would like a break some days, but I think I would love not to have the stress of going to work everyday.

With Zach having this new job, and making a lot more I am most likely going to be cutting my hours down to part time. I have been offered two part time positions at two different branches for the same hours. I would work 11:00 to 3:00 everyday which compared to working seven hours a day like I do now I think is a lot better. I am also hoping maybe I can start focusing on doing hair a lot more now. I would love to do that full time and work from home, but of course I have to start somewhere. So now that we have awesome benefits, and Zach has a great job I think I am able to start pursuing some other things.

I am so grateful that Zach is working so hard so I can stay home more with Ella. He knows that I have a hard time leaving her everyday. He is such a wonderful husband and daddy. We are both lucky girls to have Zach in our lives!

Busy...

It has been a while since I last updated. We have been super busy the last couple of weeks, and are finally slowing down. Zach is busy with POST he goes Monday through Thursday from about 6:45 A.M. until 6:00 P.M.. I have been working extra hours while everyone is on vacation so I haven't had a lot of time to post. Ella is keeping us super busy all the time. She currently has four teeth two on bottom and two on top. She is crawling every where and in to everything. She recently started to try and stand on her own; before we know it she is going to be walking. Which I really hope is not too soon or we are in a lot more trouble. She is so fun lately, she has found the toilet which is gross and if the seat isn't down she loves to play in the water. She also has found the toilet paper, so we have to keep it off of the roll and on the counter so she can't tear it up every time we turn around. Ella is also talking a lot lately. She now can say Mama, Dada, Uh-Oh, Hi, and Dora. Every thing to her is Dora now. She learned Dora from her swim diapers, she is at the stage where she tries to run away every time you change her diaper. To keep her occupied I would say look it is Dora, and now she crawls around with her swim diaper and says, "Dora" it is so cute. Also our dog has now become Dora to her. She is almost one and is growing up to fast I can't believe already a year has gone by. My little baby girl is getting big.

I finally have some pictures to post from the Fourth of July, the Tim McGraw concert, and the first time we took Ella boating.
