First tooth

Yes another post about our little Ella. Last Monday her first tooth popped through. I can't believe she is already getting teeth. I didn't even know she was teething. I was waiting for the typical symptoms like a fever, runny nose, cranky, etc. She was sucking a lot more and drooling a lot more, but I didn't think anything of it. But sure enough she has her first tooth popping up and her second one on the bottom is showing the top. I can't believe she is getting teeth now. She is getting to be so much fun lately her little personality is the best. Seriously I can't believe what a great baby Zach and I were blessed with. She also this past week has figured out how to pull herself up on things. So now we have to keep a really close eye on her. She has given up on crawling and now just wants to pull up on everything. We love our little Ella and can't wait for many more adventures!

Our little fishy!

We took Ella swimming last Saturday for her first time! She loved being in the water and splashing everywhere. We went and bought her, her own little ladybug floatie before we went swimming. I think she loved having so much freedom in the water to kick and move around. She also got a little sunburn, but luckily it wasn't too bad. I think she had so much fun that when we took her out she fell right asleep. She was definitely worn out. We can't wait to take Ella swimming a lot more this summer. She loved it!

Crawling soon

Ella is going to crawl anyday now. She gets on all fours and just rocks. I can't believe my little girl is going to be crawling. She is already rolling around and scooting to get to every place she wants to especially Mowglie's dog bowls. We have caught her a couple of times with the water spilt every where and some pieces of dog food. I don't know what it is about kids and dog food!

I just wanted to post this cute little picture of her about to crawl! She is so cute especially her chubby little cheeks and arms! I will have to post a picture soon of her cute little legs. They are so chubby and one leg has a bigger roll then the other. She definitely gets this from Zach because he was a little rolly polly when he was little. We love our chubby little Ellabella!

Mowglie!

This is our new doggy Mowglie! She is a 1 year old Shih Tzu. She is fully potty trained and super spoiled. It is a nice change to have a dog that we don't have to worry about being mean or snapping. She was way spoiled by her previous owners to the point where she has pajamas, and you have to put them on every night or else she won't go to bed. We tried to not do it one night and she just whined until we put them on and then she went to bed. Let's just say we are trying really hard to break that habit. Mowglie and Ella just love each other so much, Ella can pull on her tail and pet her, and do everything that a baby likes to do to doggies and Mowglie just sits there. Also every morning when Ella wakes up Mowglie has to give her morning kisses, sometimes a little too much! We love Mowglie and love that she is great with everyone.

We still miss Oscar, but he is doing great with his new family. They spend a lot of time with him and take him on 2 mile walks which I know he loves. I am glad that he is happy that is the only reason I could feel good about getting another dog! We love our new doggy Mowglie, but also love and miss Oscar!!!

Happy Birthday Zach!

I know I am doing a lot of posts, but I wanted to tell Zach Happy 23rd Birthday! I am so lucky to have you as my husband, and Ella is so lucky to have such a wonderful dad! He is so great to me and Ella we are so lucky to have you in our lives! The other day he told Ella he can't wait until she is older and he can take her on daddy daughter dates! I know she will love it because she loves her daddy so much! Happy Birthday babe and we love you! Love your two girls!!!!

Weekend in St. George!

So this weekend we went down to visit Zach's family, and to get away from the cold weather! Zach got to go ride his bike on Saturday and do some dirt jumps. He is so good at it, and I love that he has a hobby! We were hoping to get a tan while we were down there, but it was too windy. We did enjoy hanging out with the family, and going to Zach's little sister Chanlie's Dance review! She did such a great job! Thank you so much for letting us come down, and we love and appreciate everything from you guys! Can't wait to see you soon!

Our Little Ellabella!

I can't believe how fast they grow. I swear just yesterday she was born and slept all the time. Now she is rolling around everywhere and jabbering all the time. She is so much fun and we love her more and more everyday!

OSCAR

So last thursday our cute little doggy Oscar snapped at Ella, he didn't bite her he just snapped. Which scared Ella, Zach, and me. We had to get rid of him because Ella is rolling all over and she is going to start crawling soon, and we just can't have him bite her or anything. He is a really great dog, he has always been scared of Ella until last week. He always gets really nervous around small kids and unfamiliar people. We knew there was a chance he would show aggression, but I guess we were really hoping it wouldn't happen. So we had to give him away, Zach's wonderful mom Keri found a home for him with an older couple in Cedar City. It sounds like it will actually be a better life for him. The lady was looking for a dog that was already trained that she could take on walks, play with, and just love. She is home all day so she can spend more time with him, and take him on walks. Let's be honest since we have had Ella, Oscar didn't get as much attention as he was used to. I was really sad about it, but knew we had to do it. I cried all weekend, and he could tell there was something going on by the way he was acting. He watched me pack up all his stuff and had the saddest eyes. It is weird to not have him around or just hanging out with us. We adopted him 2 years ago from the animal shelter. They had found him wandering the streets with matted fur, and super skinny. You could tell that he had been abused and neglected; I think that is why I was so sad because I wanted to make sure he wouldn't get in the same situation. Let's hope everything works out for him. I will miss him so much but know it is for the best!
